Our Ministries

Sunday School 

Our very dynamic and creative Sunday School provides an informative, inspiring and interactive study of the Word of God.  We strive to equip students to interpret the Bible responsibly and to spread the Gospel with great zeal and compassion.

Pastoral Teaching

At Renaissance, we understand the importance of studying the Word of God to show yourself approved unto God.  Our Bible Study classes provide in-depth, Biblical and practical training for all ages. The teachings are designed to encourage spiritual and relational growth in Jesus Christ.

Women's Ministry (P.E.A.R.L.s) - Precious, Empowered, Anointed & Righteous Ladies)

The sole purpose of our women's ministry is to emphasize womanhood.  Our women are given the opportunity to express themselves creatively and collectively, to the Glory of God and to the good work of the church.

 Men's Ministry (Men S.T.R.O.N.G) - Men Serving Together and Reaching Others In Need of God

This ministry's purpose is to teach the Word of God as it relates to men and to apply Biblical truths to teach men to seek the Kingdom of God first in all aspets of their lives.  As our men mature in the Word of God, they are empowered to grow spritually, domestically, educationally and vocationally. 

Youth Ministry (R.A.Y.S - Renaissance's Anointed Young Saints)

Although our youth, in this day and age, are confronted with many issues, at Renaissance, we still believe our young people are the church of today.  As a result, we believe it is our duty to train up our children in the way that they should go, so our goal is to teach them Biblical priniciples so they can deal with life's challenges and concerns from a Biblical standpoint.

 Pastor's Aid/Shepard's Corner Ministry

These two ministries work hand-in-hand and are passionalte about meeting the needs of our Pastor, First Lady and the First family. 

Missionary/Mission Ministry

Provides spritual and physical assistance to members of the church and in the community in need of food, clothing, encouragement and Christian instruction.  This ministry also visits the sick at home, in the hospital and in nursing & rehabilitation faciliities.

Usher Ministry (S.M.I.L.E.S) - Silently Ministering In Leading Everyone into the Sactuary

Our ushers make the first impression on our brothers and sisters entering our doors.  Being the first point of contact, our ushers strive to make our members, family and friends feel right at home by greeting them with friendly faces and inviting smiles, and while providing seating assistance to those entering God's house.  We believe a smiling usher is a silent evangelist.

Hospitality Ministry

These servers of people work diligently to provide for the needs of the First Family and our very special guests.  The goal of this ministry is to make sure every experience at Renaissance is both comfortable and enjoyable.       

Sweet Hour of Prayer Ministry

At Renaissance, we are firm believers that prayer changes things.  This highly-anointed, "Hour of Power" is our weekly corporate phone conference prayer.  We welcome you to join us as we seek God on behalf of Renaissance, our communities, our nation and the world.
